After facing over a decade of failures in different life endeavors such as marketing, working in factories, and more, our founder, Chef Emmy Green, decided to reflect deeply and turn his passion into a business.
Starting humbly as a small outlet selling noodles and corn-pudding (agidi) with pepper soup at El-Bella Hotel in a modest space, Noodles Affair quickly gained traction due to its dedication, passion, and commitment. Today, it stands as the largest fast-food restaurant in Benue Zone C, a testament to the power of resilience and the pursuit of one’s calling.
